ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent a few years working in other State Farm offices after college while also running a small music business. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset and knew I wanted to build something of my own.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about music and play several different instruments. I’m also married with two kids, and we love traveling together as a family whenever we get the chance.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chase Bradley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
