About this job
Job Description
Northland Health Centers is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support smooth, high-quality patient care in an onsite clinic setting. In this role, you’ll help keep visits on track by coordinating the flow of care and partnering closely with providers.
Key responsibilities include assisting with patient care, scheduling and rooming support for examinations, managing referrals and appointments, and handling a range of reception/office tasks such as documentation follow-up and ordering supplies.
Required qualifications:
- Current RN licensure or temporary permit from the North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Strong organization and communication skills to manage competing priorities and patient needs
If you’re ready to bring your RN skills to a team focused on quality care, we encourage you to apply.
This full-time RN position includes a benefits package designed to support you on and off the job: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Paid Time Off (PTO).
A Typical ShiftYour day follows a steady weekday rhythm (Mon 8am–6pm; Tue–Thu 8am–5pm; Fri 8am–3:30pm). You’ll start by reviewing the day’s schedule and prepping for patient arrivals, then move between patient-facing moments and behind-the-scenes coordination. Expect frequent collaboration with providers and front-desk teammates as priorities shift—fitting in last-minute needs, keeping information organized, and making sure the clinic stays stocked and ready. You’ll wrap up by closing out loose ends from the day so tomorrow starts smoothly.
