RN - Med/Surg

Hours: 36 hours/week (will include weekend rotation)

Unit Snapshot:

• Total beds: 32 (3 stepdown; 29 med/surg/tele)

• Ratios: Tele/Peds 1:4 | SDU 1:3 | Med/Surg 1:5

• Documentation: Cerner | Meds: Omnicell

• Support: Pharmacy & Phlebotomy 24/7

Requirements:

• Active RN license (CA)

• BLS

• ACLS required

• PALS preferred/optional for first contract (must obtain if extending)

Role Overview:
Med/Surg RN providing coordinated care, med administration, IV therapy, documentation, discharge planning, and teamwork with interdisciplinary partners.
