RN Education Specialist

This role is critical in the success staff providing resident cares. The education specialist must be able to train home health aides, twice weekly and determine competency in class time. The additional days of the week include going to other assisted living sites in the metro area to assist with assessments, coverage for vacation, or covering open leadership positions. Assisted living and or skilled nursing experience a plus. This is a M - F position. This nurse must be a registered nurse licensed to practice in Minnesota. The role is eligible for medical, dental, and PTO benefits.
