Job Overview

United Health Care Staffing is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for an exciting travel assignment at a Level II Trauma Center in Redding, California. This is an excellent opportunity for CT Techs who thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment and are looking to expand their experience in a high-volume radiology department.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures following physician orders.

• Provide compassionate, safe, and efficient patient care.

• Operate Philips CT imaging equipment.

• Work with emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and operating room patients.

• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR.

• Follow all radiation safety and infection control protocols.

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience (First-time travelers are welcome to apply.)

• Active ARRT (R) Certification

• Current BLS (AHA) Certification

• Active Radiologic Technologist license (as required)

• CT experience is required

• COVID vaccination required

• Experience in an acute care hospital preferred

• Level II Trauma experience preferred but not required
