Job Description

Travel CT Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a busy hospital radiology department. The technologist will perform CT examinations for emergency department and inpatient populations while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compassionate care. This position requires the ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience.
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a Level I Trauma Center.
• ARRT (Radiography) certification required.
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Ability to independently operate GE CT scanners.
• Experience performing CT imaging for emergency department and inpatient populations.
• Proficiency in performing:
  • Trauma pan scans
  • Head CT
  • Neck CT
  • Chest CT
  • Abdomen CT
  • Pelvis CT
  • Extremity CT
  • CT Angiography (CTA)
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols, radiation safety, and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume trauma environment.
• Willingness to work 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM shifts for a 13-week travel assignment.
