Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a busy Operating Room team. The Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons and the perioperative team by preparing operating rooms, maintaining sterile technique, organizing surgical instruments, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout surgical procedures.

This position requires an experienced CST who can work independently, precept other staff when needed, and provide support across a broad range of surgical specialties. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in complex surgical procedures and comfortable participating in required call rotations.

• Minimum 5 years of current Certified Surgical Technologist experience (required).
• Current NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification (required).
  • NCCT certification is not accepted.
• Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
• Previous travel experience is required. First-time travelers will not be considered.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to precept/orient other staff, with preceptor experience documented in the profile.
• Experience in the following specialties is required:
  • General Surgery
  • Gynecology
  • Vascular Surgery
  • Thoracic Surgery
  • Orthopedic Surgery (including Total Joints)
  • Neurosurgery (Head & Spine)
  • Trauma Surgery
• Preferred experience includes:
  • Cesarean Sections
  • ENT
  • Plastic Surgery
  • Da Vinci Robotic Surgery
• Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred.
• Must have a personal vehicle for the assignment.
• Must be willing to participate in call, weekend, and holiday rotations.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible.
