Laboratory Technician

Our client, a leader in the scientific and healthcare industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the laboratory support team, contributing to vital research and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Tipton, IN

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document test results and prepare reports for review.
• Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.

What's Needed?

• Entry-level experience or a relevant educational background in laboratory sciences.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
