Production Worker - Now Hiring

Our client, a food manufacturing company specializing in traditional Korean side dishes, is seeking a Production Worker / Packer to join their team. As a Production Worker / Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the team responsible for preparing, producing, and packaging Kimchi products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker / Packer

Location: Hudson, NY

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (or 4:00pm if extra work is needed), with potential overtime after 40 hours

What's the Job?

• Handle vegetables manually and with cutting machinery to prepare ingredients for Kimchi production
• Follow recipes and work collaboratively with the team to produce large batches of Kimchi
• Operate and monitor warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and stacking lifts
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety
• Perform sanitation duties and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production flow

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to continuous improvements
• Comfortable multitasking and switching between tasks quickly
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed
• Interest in learning about food safety, machinery, and production processes
• Reliable transportation to commute to the Hudson plant
