Warehouse Lead - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in warehouse operations and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the warehouse management team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO

Pay Range: $23.71

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

• Efficiently and accurately fill customer orders, ensuring safety and security standards are met
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials in accordance with company procedures
• Train and mentor warehouse associates to promote a safe and productive work environment
• Operate warehouse machinery including sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and wire cutting machines
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, with forklift operation certification preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work overtime when required
