Our client, a leader in the memory solutions business, is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As an Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting the Production and Process Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow detailed procedures which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Manufacturing Technician

Location:  Manassas, VA

Pay Range: $19.00/hour

What’s the Job?

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a clean room environment
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring high-quality output
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with support from experienced team members
• Follow strict safety and contamination-control procedures, including required PPE
• Accurately track production activities and process data using computer systems

What’s Needed?

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn manufacturing systems
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, Thursday/Friday/Saturday, alternating Wednesdays
