Production Operation Specialist

Our client is seeking a Production Operation Specialist to join their team. As a Production Operation Specialist, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operation Specialist

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $18 to $20 an hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of production tasks to support daily manufacturing goals and objectives
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the production life cycle, including pre- and post-production activities
• Track results and data using various software programs to ensure quality and efficiency
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Provide guidance and support to production floor personnel to ensure safety and productivity

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or related roles
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and follow OSHA safety standards
• Ability to stand, sit, move, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs safely
