Warehouse Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Baxter, MN

Pay Range: $20/hour

Shift: 7 am to 4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Providing light industrial services such as moving palletized material using Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Loading trucks efficiently using MHE, including electric pallet jacks
• Ensuring accurate handling and placement of materials within the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Following safety protocols and procedures at all times

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is valued
• Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment, such as electric pallet jacks
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
