Our client, an industry leader in facility management, is seeking a Maintenance Worker - HVAC to join their team. As a Maintenance Worker - HVAC, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: First shift
What's the Job?
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Assist in installation and upgrade of HVAC systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in HVAC maintenance or related field required and reflected on resume.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
