A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Surgical leadership team as a Supervisor/Team Lead. This role provides an opportunity to combine hands-on clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and operational support across perioperative services.

The Surgical Services Supervisor will provide clinical guidance and support for teams within the Operating Room, Central Sterile, and PACU, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This position works closely with nursing leadership and multidisciplinary teams to support daily operations, staff development, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for perioperative nursing staff
  • Support daily surgical operations, patient flow, and staffing needs
  • Assist with onboarding, education, training, and professional development of team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process improvements
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and hospital leadership
  • Promote evidence-based practices and high standards of patient care
  • Participate in OR call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Perioperative nursing experience required
  • Experience with circulating, scrubbing, and/or PACU nursing preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

Required Certifications:

  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS

Preferred:

  • TNCC or other trauma/perioperative certifications

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced perioperative RN looking to step into a leadership role while making an impact within a collaborative surgical services environment.
