Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Rotation: Every 6th Weekend Off

Are you looking for a rewarding weekend nursing opportunity with a consistent schedule? A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in the Jersey Shore, PA area is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Weekend Warrior Program.

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys providing exceptional resident care while maintaining a predictable work schedule. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical care in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Perform resident assessments and identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and changes in resident status.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to CNAs and other members of the nursing team.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

What We're Looking For

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or subacute care is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to delivering outstanding resident care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
