• Duration: 6+ month contract, possible extension or conversion
• Pay rate: $19.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)
• Job Location: Marlborough, MA
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift
• Flexible shifts available:
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Description:

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Material Handlers to join a growing warehouse and manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse or manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Package and unpack products according to established procedures
• Pick, kit, and deliver materials to production areas
• Prepare shipments and assist with receiving activities
• Complete inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy
• Verify packaging components and complete required documentation
• Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Participate in cross-training across multiple warehouse functions
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
• Work overtime when needed to meet production schedules

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
• Oracle or other ERP/MRP experience is a plus, but not required
• Able to read and follow written work instructions and assembly documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a willingness to learn multiple job functions
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Steel-toe safety shoes are required
