CNC Machinist Operator

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced CNC Mazak Mill Programmer / Operator for a 1st shift position.

You need a solid foundation in Mazak programming and the ability to run machines proficiently. However, because we already have programs set up for almost everything we produce, we are happy to support you and help you grow your programming skills as you transition into the role.

What You’ll Do

• Set Up & Run: Efficiently set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC mills.
• Edit & Optimize: Modify and fine-tune existing programs for maximum efficiency.
• Quality Check: Inspect your own parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain: Keep your station clean and perform basic daily machine maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

• Mazak Expertise: 3 to 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Mazak mills.
• Programming Skills: Ability to program (Mazatrol/G-code) and a strong desire to keep learning.
• Independence: Confident in setting up and running jobs proficiently from day one.
• Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
