What You’ll Do:

  • Provide specialized nursing care in the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab for cardiac procedures
  • Assist with cardiac implant closure devices, pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction, and arrhythmia induction
  • Support cardiac ablation, mapping, and cardioversion procedures
  • Conduct conduction studies and assist with insertion and programming of AICDs
  • Perform baseline measurements and assist with Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) closure
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout complex cardiac procedures
  • Collaborate with cardiology team to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need:

  • Valid Ohio RN license
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in EP or Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
  • Strong knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and cardiac devices

About the Assignment:
This assignment involves working in a specialized Electrophysiology (EP) Lab within a leading healthcare facility. The role requires technical expertise in cardiac procedures, patient care, and teamwork to deliver high-quality cardiac care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 07:00-17:30, with call responsibilities approximately one week every two months.
