Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! We are a small business and need someone who is willing to wear many hats. Bookkeeper, purchaser, and other various administrative tasks This is a part time position.  3 days a week.  12-15 hours a week depending on workflow.   No weekends. Responsibilities include matching invoices with shippers. Bookkeeping and purchasing. The ideal candidate has excellent communication & computer skills, experience working in an office environment prefered. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork, physical and electronic. 
  • Sort mail 
  • Maintain records, both physical and electronic, of business transactions
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Purchasing
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Familiarity with computer programs, such as Sage 50 Accounting, CRM, Microsoft Office and Adobe software
