Job description:

Wilkinson County Senior Care is an 60-bed Medicaid/Medicare Certified Skilled Nursing Facility. We are located in Centreville, Ms.

We are looking for a qualified nursing supervisor to oversee our residents and manage the nursing team of our facility. This position requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans based on individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and catheterization.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• Provide guidance and support to team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Valid RN License
• Strong patient care and assessment skills
• Proficiency in catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding
• Experience with EHR systems
• Team management and leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of physiology and critical care practice
• Experience in long-term care and assisted living environments
