Certified Medical Assistant

Pay: $24-27/hour
Schedule:
Tuesday 07/21: 12PM-9PM CT
Wednesday 07/22: 11AM-7PM CT
Thursday 07/23: 4AM-12PM CT
Friday 07/24: 4AM-12PM CT
Requirements: 

• National Medical Assistant Certification/Registration
• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
• Experience performing phlebotomy
• Experience administering injections

Responsibilities:

• Support physicians and other staff members in performing physical examinations and other procedures
• Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs), Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), and other medical screenings
• Measure vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height)
• Administer injections and vaccinations
• Perform blood draws – experience with phlebotomy is a must
• Record information in patient charts
• Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients
