Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing operations in an onsite behavioral health setting
Salary is $150-175K; relocation assistance available
Requirements:
- Master's degree required
- 5+ years of nursing management experience
- 4+ years in Behavioral Health, Critical Care, ED, or ICU
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure quality, patient safety, and infection control
- Manage budgets, resources, and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with executive leadership and interdisciplinary teams
