Client Care Specialist

The Client Care Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent client communication and efficient management of client files in our small, personal injury law firm. This position focuses on communicating regularly with existing clients and insurance adjusters, resolving issues promptly, coordinating follow-ups, and managing intake and launching of new client files with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail while maintaining clear, compassionate, and effective communication.
