General Laborer

Infinity Staffing Solutions is currently seeking reliable and motivated General laborers on the north and east sides of Indianapolis to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and inspect products
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Load and unload materials and supplies
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
