Clinical Operations Coordinator

Family Medicine of Mt. Pleasant is looking for a Clinical Operations Coordinator (RN or LPN) to join our growing team!

This is a unique opportunity for a nurse who enjoys blending clinical care with operations, quality improvement, and problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across the clinic.

What You’ll Do:

• Support clinical workflows and patient safety initiatives
• Assist with medication prior authorizations & insurance coordination
• Help manage vaccines, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Support staff training, competencies, and compliance tracking
• Assist with Athena EMR workflows and documentation tools
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinic efficiency projects

Ideal Candidate:
Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license required
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical or medical administrative setting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

LPNs: Starting at $26.42 hour /  RNs: Starting at $36.42 hour

Candidates with extensive experience, strong qualifications, and applicable certification or licensure may be considered for a higher starting wage.
