On Site Property Manager (Bilingual)

The On Site Property Manager plays a critical role in managing a single Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property, ensuring smooth daily operations and tenant satisfaction. This self-managed position involves direct reporting to the regional manager or property owner, focusing on maintaining compliance, coordinating vendors, and fostering positive tenant relations within the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and address concerns promptly
• Administer leases and ensure accurate documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
• Conduct regular property inspections for compliance and upkeep
• Resolve conflicts effectively and professionally
• Screen potential tenants to ensure eligibility
• Monitor compliance with LIHTC and other regulatory requirements
• Communicate fluently in two languages to serve diverse tenant populations

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management
• High school diploma or equivalent
