LTC Registered Nurse (RN)

Clinical Scope & Floor Leadership

You will serve as the primary clinical anchor for your assigned unit, managing a specialized memory care and geriatric footprint:

• The Logistical Flow: Masterfully execute accurate and safe medication passes and treatments for a dedicated cohort of 18–20 residents.
• Memory Care Expertise: Provide empathetic, specialized nursing interventions tailored to individuals navigating Alzheimer's, advanced dementia, and diverse behavioral profiles.
• CNA Supervision: Act as the charge presence on your unit—delegating tasks, tracking workflows, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure flawless resident care.
• Vigilant Monitoring: Serve as the first line of defense, identifying subtle clinical changes in resident conditions, notifying providers, and completing timely, regulation-compliant Epic/EMR documentation.

What You Bring to the Floor

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience Baseline: 1+ years of dedicated LTC experience OR recent experience in Med-Surg, Acute Rehab, or general hospital environments.
• The Technical Hurdle: Ability to successfully pass a baseline medication administration (med pass) competency test and an on-site clinical observation.
• Professional Attributes: Uncompromising punctuality, a collaborative team-player mindset, and complete comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural care setting.
