Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling & Inventory: Accurately track, organize, and manage inventory within the warehouse.

• Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments both manually and using a forklift.

• Quality Control: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all orders are accurate and free of damage.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Reliability: Strong attendance record and a dependable work ethic.

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Bentonville facility.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads manually and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures (both hot and cold warehouse conditions).

• Equipment Experience: Prior experience operating a forklift is highly preferred.

• Pre-Employment Screening: Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
