Distribution Associate Compensation

• Pay rate: $19.50
• 2nd shift - 2:00pm-10:30pm

Distribution Associate Responsibilities:

• Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) for case picking and material movement
• Read/interpret pick tickets, labels, and order documentation
• Use handheld scanners / RF devices to pick and track product accurately
• Follow established SOPs and quality/safety guidelines
• Use additional material-handling equipment as needed (ex: forklifts, conveyors, handcarts)
• Maintain basic records and communicate effectively with leads/supervisors

 Distribution Associate QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
• Proven case picking accuracy (speed + attention to detail)
• Comfortable with RF scanners/handheld devices and reading pick tickets/labels
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs
• Safety shoes required
