Job Description
ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care
Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
Compensation: $35–$50/hour based on experience
Shift Differentials:
- Weeknights: +$3.50/hour
- Weekends: +$5.00/hour
Retention Bonus: Up to $8,000 (paid in installments over 24 months)

The ICU RN will provide care for critically ill medical and post-surgical patients while working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support safe, effective patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients throughout their ICU stay
- Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring intervention
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and evaluate patient responses
- Respond to emergencies and collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Prioritize care for complex and evolving patient conditions
- Educate patients, families, and peers regarding care and treatment plans
- Delegate appropriately and support team collaboration
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards, policies, and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous ICU/Critical Care experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
