Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I'd love to have one or two reliable backup babysitters for when our part time nanny is sick, traveling or otherwise unavailable. Hours are M 4-7, W 1-4, Th 1-4 and F 4-7. May change slightly as work schedule demands. This would be an on-call position for occasional needs as they arise, not a regular weekly job. I'd love to establish a relationship with you so my kids know and are comfortable with you when the need arises. My kids are 5, 3 and 1 - I need someone who can balance the needs of two energetic kids and a baby who likes being held. They love being creative, reading, building and being outside.
