Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Jonesborough.

Just moved in with father in law with husband. We have many dogs and cats and are trying to become parents soon. We need to combine 2 households of clutter while cleaning out the last 5 years of buildup from my father in law living alone. I try to keep up, but I just cannot and need help with cleaning, including litter boxes, and organizing. It would be amazing if you might also be able to help cook sometimes. You can use any cleaning things I have, not sure if I have everything that is needed though.
