Plant Tech - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in mining and plant operations, is seeking a Plant Tech to join their team. As a Plant Tech, you will be part of the operations supporting the plant team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plant Tech

Location: GILLETTE, WY

Pay Range: $21/hour

Shift: 28 Day Rotating Schedule

What's the Job?

• Operate train load out systems efficiently and safely.
• Maintain and operate hydraulic and water pumps to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot plant systems to prevent and resolve issues.
• Work independently in various weather conditions and at different times of day.
• Train and support team members in plant operations to promote safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Knowledge of plant systems and ability to operate related equipment.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to abide by company rules, guidelines, and applicable laws.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
