Welder - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Monroe, MI

Pay Range: $26+ depending on experience

Shift: Monday through Friday, from 6am to 4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products according to specifications
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years minimum experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures (MIG, TIG, flux core)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics
• Physical ability to handle prolonged standing and lifting up to 20-30 pounds
• Manual dexterity for assembling products and machines
