Auto Service Front Desk - Now Hiring

Penmac Staffing is recruiting for a dynamic individual to work at a family-owned tire and auto company as a Customer Service/Sales/Service Writer. This position will primarily involve working at the front counter, providing exceptional customer service, handling sales, and managing service inquiries.

Candidate must have knowledge of automotive parts, tires, and general car issues to be able to diagnosis the customer’s concern.  

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and will report directly to the owner.  

Responsibilities:
•    Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries
•    Scheduling appointments for service and repairs
•    Selling tires and other automotive products
•    Providing accurate quotes to customers
•    Collecting payments for services rendered
•    Assisting customers with questions and concerns

Requirements:

•    Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
•    Knowledge of auto parts and automotive issues required
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
•    Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
•    Must have a valid driver's license

Attire:
•    Employees are required to wear jeans and will be provided with company uniforms and tennis shoes.

Pay: $17-$20 per hour, based on experience, plus year-end bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break
