Auto Service Front Desk - Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) + year-end bonus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

Are you an experienced automotive professional with strong customer service skills? A local automotive repair and tire facility is seeking an Auto Service Front Desk professional to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This position is ideal for someone who understands automotive repairs, parts, and maintenance while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an automotive shop environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tires, vehicle systems, and common repair issues
• Previous service writer, automotive sales, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to explain repair recommendations and services to customers
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to questions
• Schedule service and repair appointments
• Prepare estimates and provide accurate quotes
• Sell tires and automotive services
• Assist customers with repair and maintenance recommendations
• Process payments and maintain customer records
• Coordinate with technicians to communicate repairs and timelines
• Maintain a professional and organized front desk area
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
