Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active SLPA license or certification
  • Experience in school or healthcare environments as an SLPA
  • Understanding of K-12 student development and effective communication strategies
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and adjust therapy accordingly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementing speech-language therapy sessions under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Support students individually or in small groups with communication goals, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate session records in compliance with school requirements
  • Communicate regularly with supervising SLPs and educators to optimize therapy outcomes
  • Engage with students across grade levels, tailoring support to meet different developmental stages
