Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for CNC Machinist Setup openings in Pine City, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Pine City, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce quality parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments as required.
• Perform first-piece inspections and verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust offsets as needed, and maintain quality and production standards.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC setup and machining experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
