Director, Trade Compliance

Our client, a global company within the electronics industry, is seeking a Director of Trade Compliance to lead both global trade compliance and logistics operations. This is a highly visible role reporting to executive leadership and will oversee import/export compliance, customs regulations, transportation strategy, freight management, and global logistics performance.

Highlights:

• Oversight of Trade Compliance and Logistics teams
• Global scope across manufacturing and supply chain operations
• Focus on import/export compliance, EAR, ECCN, HTS classifications, licensing, and customs regulations
• Opportunity to drive transportation optimization, cost savings, and process improvements
• Onsite daily in Hudson County, NJ

Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years of experience in trade compliance, global logistics, or supply chain leadership within electronics manufacturing, technology hardware, consumer electronics, EMS, server manufacturing, or related industries. A Customs Broker License is highly preferred.

The client offers up to 15 days of PTO, company paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and a retirement savings plan.

Pay Details: $175,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year
