Practice Highlights
- 4-day workweek with no evenings or weekends
- 45-minute comprehensive exam slots with an average of 12–13 patients per day
- Full-scope optometry focused on ocular disease management, patient education, and medical eye care
- Opportunity for LASIK co-management
- Two fully equipped exam lanes, Athena EHR system, and dedicated onsite technician support
- Full clinical autonomy within a collaborative, patient-centered care model
- Focus on building long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume retail care
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation potential up to 175,000 with guaranteed base salary and performance incentives
- Up to 20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- Eligible location for Federal and State loan repayment programs (HRSA/NHSC eligible)

Candidate Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
- Board-certified or board-eligible Optometrist
- Eligible for or currently holding a Wisconsin Optometry License
- New graduates and experienced Optometrists encouraged to apply
