Practice Highlights


  • 4-day workweek with no evenings or weekends
  • 45-minute comprehensive exam slots with an average of 12–13 patients per day
  • Full-scope optometry focused on ocular disease management, patient education, and medical eye care
  • Opportunity for LASIK co-management
  • Two fully equipped exam lanes, Athena EHR system, and dedicated onsite technician support
  • Full clinical autonomy within a collaborative, patient-centered care model
  • Focus on building long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume retail care

Compensation & Benefits


  • Total compensation potential up to 175,000 with guaranteed base salary and performance incentives
  • Up to 20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
  • Eligible location for Federal and State loan repayment programs (HRSA/NHSC eligible)

Candidate Requirements


  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
  • Board-certified or board-eligible Optometrist
  • Eligible for or currently holding a Wisconsin Optometry License
  • New graduates and experienced Optometrists encouraged to apply
