We are looking for a detail-oriented Records Management Associate - MST to support the organization and accessibility of company records, publications, and reference materials Charlotte, NC . This is a Long-term Contract position focused on maintaining accurate filing practices, organizing technical and business documents, and ensuring information can be retrieved efficiently for ongoing operations. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, handles materials carefully, and communicates clearly while supporting recordkeeping standards across the site.


Responsibilities:

• Organize, classify, and maintain company records, publications, drawings, films, and related reference materials for efficient storage and retrieval.

• Receive, sort, and file incoming documents and knowledge resources while keeping inventories accurate and current.

• Apply established recordkeeping procedures to ensure materials are cataloged consistently and available for present and future business needs.

• Coordinate with internal teams to locate requested documents, publications, and technical materials in a timely manner.

• Perform data entry and document tracking activities using Microsoft Office applications and other record management systems.

• Support the handling of business documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, and credit-related records as required.

• Monitor document quality, completeness, and proper formatting before records are archived or distributed.

• Assist with onsite materials handling and document control activities while maintaining orderly work areas and secure record storage.

• High school diploma required.
• Prior experience in records management, document control, data entry, library support, or a similar administrative function.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP R/3 is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Effective written communication and customer service skills for responding to document and information requests.
• Ability to manage time well, stay organized, and handle multiple priorities in an onsite environment.
• Experience working with technical documents, drawings, publications, or other controlled materials is an asset.
