Shift- Mon-Fri 4pm-2:30am (Must be available to work weekends and overtime as required.)
Pay rate- $22.50/hr

Maintenance experience is required.
The Cell Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding production equipment and machinery. This role performs preventive and predictive maintenance on process equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, while ensuring optimal equipment performance, product quality, and operational efficiency. The Cell Technician will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving efforts, and accurate maintenance documentation.
Key Resekly Pay/BenefitsponsibilitiesOperate and support major production equipment across multiple manufacturing lines or cells.
Perform equipment changeovers and setup activities.
Conduct routine maintenance activities, including lubrication, cleaning, repairs, and adjustments.
Identify equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance teams.
Maintain production and quality standards while minimizing scrap and downtime.
Schedule, organize, and complete preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
Replace and rebuild machine components as needed.
Safely use shop equipment and maintenance tools.
Train team members on changeover procedures and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
Fabricate and modify parts using technical drawings and blueprints.
Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend equipment repairs or rebuilds.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.
High School Diploma or GED required; vocational training in industrial maintenance, skilled trades, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in machine setup, processing, or industrial maintenance.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
Ability to complete New Employee Orientation, Quality Systems Overview, and any additional training required by management.
Preferred: Completion of a 2-year Industrial Maintenance or Technical School program, or 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage tasks through completion.
Must possess a rolling tool chest with appropriate maintenance tools.
Demonstrated reliability with a strong attendance record.
Must be available to work weekends and overtime as required.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
