Job Summary
We are hiring Full-Time Permanent Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for a leading acute care hospital in Salem, VA. This opportunity offers competitive pay, shift differentials, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and multiple shift options.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time Permanent
• Shifts Available: Days, Evenings, Nights & Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
• Shift Differentials:
• • Nights: +$3/hr
  • Weekend Days: +$3/hr
  • Weekend Nights: +$7/hr
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience
• Med-Surg RNs willing to cross-train will be considered for Night Shift only
• ADN or BSN
• Active Virginia RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS Certification
