Responsibilities

A Day in the Life: Your Impact

• Perform material transfers, preparation, batching, filling, inspection, and ancillary operations necessary for pharmaceutical manufacturing, utilizing advanced tools like parts washers, sterilizers, automated filling systems, and single-use assemblies.
• Complete precise production transactions within the ERP system, manage inventory moves, and fill out paper-based production records
• Partner actively with maintenance for equipment troubleshooting, coordinate with metrology for calibrated devices, work with microbiology for disinfection/sampling, and support engineering validation protocols.
• Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP Regulations

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Associate’s Degree in a science-related field combined with 1–2 years of pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of cGMP guidelines, familiarity with aseptic techniques, and previous experience working in a clean-room environment
• Ability to work the following 1st Shift schedules (which may vary with notice based on production needs and include holidays, weekends, or mandatory overtime)
