Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - Oracle Supply Chain Implementation to support a leading healthcare organization in Houston, Texas. This high-visibility role will lead a large-scale Oracle Supply Chain implementation from testing through go-live, partnering with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver a successful enterprise rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an enterprise-wide Oracle Supply Chain implementation from testing through go-live.

• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and project roadblocks.

• Maintain project governance utilizing Jira, RAID logs, executive reporting, and status updates.

• Drive project activities through planning, execution, testing, cutover, and stabilization phases.

• Ensure accountability and alignment across all project teams.

• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
Experience leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Supply Chain implementation.
Experience delivering complex projects within healthcare environments.
Strong understanding of:

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

• Inventory Management

• Warehouse Management

• Materials Management

Experience managing cross-functional business and technical teams.
Experience guiding projects through planning, testing, cutover, and go-live.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience using Jira for project planning and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification
Experience implementing:

• Oracle Cloud Supply Chain

• Oracle Procurement

• Oracle Inventory Management

• Oracle Warehouse Management

Experience integrating Oracle with:

• GHX

• Tecsys

Previous experience within large healthcare systems or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
Houston-area candidates strongly preferred.
