Location: Charlotte, NC | Pay Rate: $18 - $21.00/hour | Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with an industry-leading HVAC manufacturing company to hire a detail-oriented and driven Records Management Associate. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting business operations through data management, administrative coordination, procurement support, and customer-focused service functions.

What You’ll Do
As a Records Management Associate, you’ll support multiple operational and administrative functions that directly contribute to the success of the service and support teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain critical business data and records
Provide Accounts Receivable support and documentation management
Assist with job management and administrative coordination
Support warranty registration and warranty claim/cost recovery processing
Assist with procurement functions, including:
Parts ordering
Purchase order creation
Process credit memos, invoice cancellations, and cost transfers
Ensure accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of shared services or administrative support experience
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to follow established processes and Standard Work Instructions
Professional communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the HVAC industry or a service-based organization
Knowledge of SalesForce.com
Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana systems
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant work experience

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
