Education Program Manager

We are looking for an Education Program Manager to lead the planning and delivery of learning initiatives for an organization based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This role blends program leadership, cross-functional coordination, and workshop facilitation to create effective educational experiences that support employee and organizational goals. Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging workshops and learning sessions for a variety of audiences, adapting delivery methods to participant needs.
• Partner with internal teams to identify development gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions.
• Track program progress, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to strengthen participation and outcomes.
• Oversee the rollout of new or updated training materials, tools, and processes as program needs evolve.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding milestones, expectations, and program results.• Experience managing education, training, or learning and development programs.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of learning strategy development and program implementation.
• Confidence facilitating workshops, presentations, or group training sessions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and organizational leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
