Position: CDL Instructor

Pay: $28.00

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with rotating Saturday.

Department Overview

Our Truck instructors are responsible for training new drivers and assessing road tests. If you are an experienced truck driver who has a passion for teaching and interacting with people, CR England has an exciting career opportunity for you!

The trainers are taught how to teach what it takes to be a successful C.R. England driver "The C.R. England Way."

Responsibilities

The curriculum will include:

Lifestyle Adjustment Instruction
Evaluation and Communication Instruction
Coaching trainees' abilities, attitude, and participation
School and Company standards
Teaching Backing skills and Driving evaluations
CDL Third Party Exams

Qualifications:

Class A CDL required
3 years tractor/trailer experience
Safety first mentality
Excellent people skills
Meet qualifications of a Third-Party Examiner
