A temporary Relief Hospital Pharmacist opportunity is available in Grantsburg, WI, providing critical support for a small critical care hospital. This per diem position offers flexible scheduling during assigned coverage periods. The role focuses on inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and accurate medication management in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions and medication orders with precision
• Review physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Address medication-related inquiries from nursing and medical staff
• Support daily operations within the inpatient pharmacy
• Dispense medications safely and accurately to patients

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
• Experience in inpatient hospital or critical care pharmacy settings
• Strong clinical judgment with effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently, particularly in a small hospital environment

Schedule:

• Coverage dates include July 31; August 12–17; and August 26–31
• Specific hours to be confirmed by the client
