Per Diem Inpatient Hospital Staff Pharmacist - Webster, WI

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions and medication orders with precision
• Review physician orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness

• Support the daily functions of inpatient pharmacy services to maintain efficient operations
• Safeguard the accurate and safe dispensing of medications for hospitalized patients

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
• Previous experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy or critical care pharmacy preferred
• Demonstrated strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently within a small hospital environment

Location:

• This position is located in Grantsburg, WI, with temporary/per diem coverage dates scheduled for July 31; August 12–17; and August 26–31. Schedule and hours are to be confirmed by the client.
